About Billie Tarascio

Upon completing my legal studies at the University of Oregon in 2005, I encountered a common challenge faced by many lawyers. A significant portion of those in need of legal assistance couldn't afford representation, while attorneys found themselves in need of more cases. In 2008, I embarked on an independent journey, seeking a more effective approach for both attorneys and clients. My primary objective was to drive down the costs of legal services for clients and minimize accounts receivables for the firm.

My preferred legal cases involve intricate matters of custody and property division that pose a challenge. Unlike some attorneys who may opt for less complex battles, I thrive on the investigation, thorough comprehension, and triumph over the more intricate cases. My aim is to reveal to clients, who may feel they've lost everything, that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel.

I graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2005 and gained experience at the Department of Justice, Family Law Division. Additionally, I worked with the non-profit organization A Family for Every Child and served as a clerk at the Lane County Juvenile Court under Justice Kip Leonard. Currently practicing exclusively in divorce and family law in Arizona, I am recognized as a skilled practitioner, a national speaker, a consultant for law firm business, and an esteemed attorney. Furthermore, I am the author of "Decode Your Divorce" and a co-author of "Tiger Tactics, Powerful Strategies for Winning Attorneys."
