Our offices are located in Summerfield, Marion County, Florida, but we represent clients all through the Central Florida. The firm represents clients in both federal and state courts in the State of Florida in both civil lawsuits and criminal proceedings, as well as in appeals. The firm also represents clients in administrative proceedings before both state and federal agencies. Additionally, the firm handles non-litigation related work, such as the preparation of wills and trusts and the drafting of articles of incorporation and by-laws for businesses.
