In early 2010, Kevin embarked on his journey as a solo litigation practitioner. He passionately represents clients and regularly appears in various courtrooms, advocating before federal, county, and city judges at numerous locations, including the Johnson County Courthouse, Wyandotte County Courthouse, Jackson County Courthouse, Platte County Courthouse, Clay County Courthouse, and the United States District Courts for Kansas and the Western District of Missouri. Kevin also frequently graces municipal courts throughout these counties, with a special focus on locales like Kansas City, Missouri, Independence, Missouri, Kansas City, Kansas, and Overland Park, Kansas. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the courtroom, as he fine-tunes his legal acumen and remains up-to-date with the latest legal decisions and strategies.
