Barry Harris Hinden, the founding attorney and senior partner at Hinden & Breslavsky, boasts a legal career spanning since 1974 and is a seasoned trial attorney. His primary focus lies in handling workers' compensation cases, though he also extends his expertise to assisting clients with various personal injury and mesothelioma/asbestos exposure cases. In each instance, Barry is deeply committed to helping individuals whose lives have been profoundly impacted by injuries or illnesses, striving to restore their dignity and self-esteem. He diligently represents clients not only in Los Angeles but also across the entire state of California.

Barry's educational journey commenced at Los Angeles City and Valley Colleges in 1966, culminating in the attainment of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, in 1970. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 1974 and was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year.

Beyond his legal career, Barry is an active proponent of pro bono activities, ardently contributing to his local community. He has served as an elected representative of the Los Angeles City Neighborhood Council, Mid-City, in 1997, held the position of Vice President of the National Kidney Foundation, and acted as the president of the Temple Emanuel Brotherhood in Beverly Hills.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Barry is an avid runner who has successfully completed marathons in both Los Angeles and New York. He generously volunteers his time with youth sports organizations, including AYSO and Little League, and has assumed roles as Scoutmaster and Cub Master in the Boy Scouts of America.
