About Daniela Labinoti

Originally from Albania, Daniela Labinoti relocated to the United States in September 1997 to escape her homeland's civil war. She graduated with top honors, Summa Cum Laude, from Lubbock Christian University in 2002, achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Science of Accounting. Pursuing higher education, she attended Texas Tech University School of Law and acquired her law degree in May 2005. Daniela is authorized to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, the Western District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court of New Mexico. Her primary legal focus encompasses personal injury cases (including work-related injuries, slips and falls, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, animal bites, product liabilities), employment law (covering discrimination based on sex, race, national origin, age, pregnancy, FMLA, FLSA, retaliation, wrongful termination, workers' compensation retaliation), bad faith insurance, and consumer law (involving deceptive trade practices and defective products). She has a passion for trial work and boasts a successful track record in jury trials within personal injury, employment law, and consumer law domains.

In 2008, Daniela received certification from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy for her adept trial skills and litigation expertise. Since 2007, she has been a distinguished member of the College Bar of Texas, an esteemed society recognizing the best-trained lawyers in Texas. At present, Daniela is actively involved in various legal associations, including her role as a former President of the El Paso Trial Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Texas Trial Lawyer Association, the American Association for Justice, and the West Texas Labor Employment Association. Furthermore, her achievements in the legal field led to her inclusion in the Metropolitan Who's Who.
