Nancy B. Pridgen, Esq., a founding member, specializes in federal employment litigation. Her extensive practice encompasses a broad spectrum of employment law issues, such as discrimination (age, race/nationality, gender, disability), retaliation, harassment, unemployment, FMLA, FLSA/wage and hour, ERISA/employee benefits, among others. She assists businesses, business owners, executives, and key employees in navigating transitions between employment relationships, including negotiating severance or other benefits, and drafting/negotiating new employment terms. Nancy provides counsel to both employers and employees.

Within her specialization, Nancy focuses on ERISA litigation, having handled numerous ERISA benefits claims and fiduciary cases nationally. Her expertise in ERISA litigation was honed at Alston + Bird, where she litigated class actions and complex cases involving employee pension and welfare benefit claims. She is a frequent writer and speaker on ERISA/employment litigation topics, and she previously held a position as an officer in the Georgia State Bar Employee Benefits Section.

Nancy brings a wealth of federal litigation experience across a diverse range of cases, including complex commercial litigation, securities, insurance, tax, immigration, antitrust, constitutional and common-law torts, and civil appeals. Apart from her active trial practice, she remains dedicated to giving back to the community, undertaking low-cost or pro bono adoptions among other initiatives.
