About Joseph Patrick Lesniak
Joseph Lesniak, with a legal career spanning since 2003, primarily served as an assistant district attorney in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Throughout his professional journey, Joe ascended to the position of chief prosecutor within the Special Victims and Domestic Violence Division, where he vigorously prosecuted a multitude of severe criminal cases.
In addition to his role as chief prosecutor, Joe also spearheaded the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, where he not only directed investigations and prosecutions but also provided training and mentorship to other attorneys in the realm of online child predator and child pornography cases.
In 2012, Joe founded our law firm, utilizing his extensive experience to champion the rights of individuals confronted with grave criminal charges.
