About Jacque D. Hawk
Jacque's commitment to personal injury law has been unwavering throughout his entire career. He is a distinguished member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an esteemed association of trial lawyers in the United States exclusively comprising attorneys who have secured million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Remarkably, this prestigious group comprises less than 1% of all U.S. lawyers. Jacque focuses on handling complex cases involving serious personal injury and wrongful death.
At the age of 30, Jacque ventured into the world of baseball, a sport he holds dear to his heart. He became a part of the Harlem Astros' sandlot baseball team, which was a continuation of the historic black professional baseball league at the time. In this league, he stood out as one of only four white players. His dedication to the game endured for the following decade until he experienced a life-altering car accident. In this unfortunate incident, Jacque suffered two ruptured disks in his back when his vehicle was rear-ended by a truck while waiting at a red traffic signal. Medical reports described the condition of his disks as "obliterated." Defying medical advice, Jacque returned to work the very next day after undergoing surgery. It took an entire year of perseverance and determination for him to make a full recovery, providing him with a firsthand understanding of the challenges involved in recovering from a severe injury.
In addition to his legal career and baseball pursuits, Mr. Hawk has generously contributed to his community through coaching baseball for the Master's City Little League, Episcopal Day School, and a USSSA baseball team. His little league teams clinched numerous District 6 titles, and the fourteen-year-old team he coached reached the runner-up position in the Southeastern Regional Championship.
