Ann Otteman, an alumnus of the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, has been a practicing attorney since 2011. Throughout her career, Ms. Otteman has held various roles in both government and civil sectors. She has notably represented the State of Hawai‘i in enforcement hearings before the Hawaii Child Support Enforcement Agency and has also served as a Legislative Aide to the Hawai‘i State Legislature.
