About Katerina Perreault

Katerina is a member of the firm's Probate Group, where she handles various areas of law, including probate and trust litigation, conservatorship and fiduciary disputes, probate and trust administration, appeals, and cases involving financial elder abuse. Her practice also extends to family law litigation, elder abuse cases, restraining orders, and the intersection of family law with probate matters.

Katerina earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002, along with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Lawyers of Distinction, American Institute of Trial Lawyers, Elite Lawyer, American Academy of Attorneys, American Institute of Legal Counsel, and American Institute of Legal Professionals.
