About Brentt E. Palmer

Brentt E. Palmer serves as a Senior Partner in the firm's Pensacola office and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2003, the Georgia Bar since 2004, and the Alabama Bar since 2007. He maintains an active trial practice across these states, focusing on the defense of professional liability claims, personal injury cases, product liability suits, admiralty and maritime claims, premises liability actions, and matters related to insurance bad faith and coverage.

Mr. Palmer is recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He completed his undergraduate studies at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, where he was a scholarship athlete on the soccer team. He earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. Additionally, Mr. Palmer holds an LL.M. in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as the Symposium Editor for the DePaul Health Law Journal and was a fellow with the DePaul Health Law Institute.

Brentt is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, as well as in Florida’s U.S. District Courts (Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts), the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
