About Shane R. Kadlec

A board-certified personal injury trial lawyer, Attorney Shane Kadlec has been permitted to practice law in Texas since 1996. Attorney Kadlec has experiencing representing a wide variety of injured accident victims including those involving car and bus accidents, premises and product liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

Dedicated to the legal community and the people of Texas, Mr. Kadlec has done pro-bono work with the Houston Trial Lawyers Foundation. He also is a sustaining member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the board of directors for the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, Attorney Kadlec is a member of the District Court Southern District of Texas.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Kadlec has received substantial recognition including being named a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers and a leading lawyer under 40 Years Old. Additionally, he has also been recognized in Texas Monthly Magazine.

Attorney Kadlec graduated from the University of Windsor in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree. In 1996, he went on to earn his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law - Houston.
