Our founding attorney, Mitchell Ian Weingarden, serves as legal counsel to both employees and employers across Westchester County and throughout New York, offering expertise in a wide spectrum of employment and labor law matters. Additionally, he maintains a distinct focus on cases related to business and commercial litigation as well as Surrogate's Court proceedings.

With a distinguished legal career, Mr. Weingarden brings a wealth of experience to his practice. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the homicide division in Brooklyn, New York, and also held the position of Vice President within the legal department of a Fortune 500 company. Furthermore, he has contributed to the field of legal education as an adjunct professor at New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Education and has served as an arbiter for the Better Business Bureau.

Mr. Weingarden's legal journey spans nearly four decades, as he has been actively practicing law since 1984. Beyond his legal acumen, he possesses a B.S. degree in accounting and currently fulfills the role of counsel to Triletics, a cutting-edge exercise device manufacturer.
