Attorney Andrea Nichols focuses her legal practice on all matters involving personal injury. She represents clients in San Diego who have suffered serious injury from car accidents, slip and fall accidents, animal bites, premises liability, and work-related accidents. Attorney Nichols is adept at handling workers' compensation cases and also has knowledge and skill in the areas of general litigation, consumer law, and negligent and intentional torts. With nearly 20 years of legal experience, Attorney Nichols joined Guy Levy Law in 2019. She is a member of several organizations including the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the Military Spouse J.D. Network. She was also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Voices for Children giving a voice to foster kids. Attorney Nichols is also trained in mediation. In 2001, Attorney Nichols earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Cum Laude. She is barred in California in both superior court and district courts. She was barred in North Carolina but went inactive when she moved. Attorney Nichols is a Partner with Guy Levy Law and is the supervising attorney in the Litigation Department with associates, law clerks, and staff under her supervision and direction.
