Sandy Van serves as the managing partner and founder of Van Law Firm Injury and Accident Attorneys, a legal practice specializing in personal injury, mass torts, and sex abuse litigation. The firm operates in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as Lakewood and Yakima, Washington. Additionally, Sandy is the driving force behind Legal Support Help, a legal staffing company.

As a licensed personal injury attorney admitted to practice in both Nevada and Washington state and federal courts, Sandy has cultivated co-counsel relationships with attorneys across the nation, allowing her to handle cases on a nationwide scale. She is an alumna of the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she interned for the Honorable Judge Nancy Saitta in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada during her legal studies.

Post-graduation, Sandy clerked for the Honorable David Barker, a District Court Judge in Clark County, Nevada, who was formerly the Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court. Sandy's academic background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Her previous legal roles involved representing various entities, including banks, auto dealerships, shopping malls, and medical facilities, in a wide array of litigation proceedings.
