About Michael Cunningham
Mike Cunningham represents clients in a broad range of workplace and employment legal issues. This includes work and hourly violations, pregnancy discrimination, meal and rest period violations, unlawful retaliation, and workplace violence issues. Mike is a leader in the San Diego legal community. In addition to being a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, he a is member of the San Diego and Los Angeles Consumer Attorney organizations.
Before starting Cunningham Law, APC, Michael worked at the law firm BR Law Group, LLP. He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. His work exclusively focuses on protecting the rights of workers.
