Alla V. Vorobets is the primary proprietor of the Law Offices of Alla V. Vorobets. Prior to founding her law firm, Ms. Vorobets held various professional roles, including work as a policy analyst, service as a judicial clerk, employment as an associate at several mid-sized law firms, and serving as in-house corporate counsel.

Ms. Vorobets focuses on civil litigation, with experience across a wide range of litigation areas, encompassing personal injury, employment disputes, bankruptcy, creditor negotiation matters, contract disputes, real estate issues, and matters relating to corporate and partnership formation and disputes.

Originally hailing from Ukraine, Ms. Vorobets immigrated to the United States as a refugee in August 1993. She initially attended Highlands High School but later transferred to and graduated from Bella Vista High School. Her academic journey continued, culminating in the achievement of undergraduate degrees magna cum laude in Law and Society and Slavic Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Following her graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Ms. Vorobets served as a Judicial Administration Fellow with the California Judicial Council. Subsequently, she was chosen for a prestigious Congressional Fellowship and spent two years as a legislative analyst at the California Institute for Federal Policy Research in Washington, D.C.
