About Jenny Diane Hubach

Serving clients from her office in Reno, Nevada, Attorney Jenny Hubach's law practice focuses on marijuana offenses, recreational & medical marijuana laws, and DUI defense. Since getting admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 1989, Attorney Hubach has gained substantial legal experience. She has previously practiced at the Washoe County District Attorney's Office, at the Justice Court and Reno Municipal Courts as a Judge Pro Term, and as an arbitrator and mediator with the State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Committee. Throughout her career, she has also dedicated time to teaching legal matters as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada and Truckee Meadow's Community College, teaching criminal law. Additionally, she worked as an instructor for the State Bar of Nevada, teaching at their criminal law and ethics seminars.

In the last 30 years, Attorney Hubach has been recognized on numerous occasions for her passion and hard work in her profession. She has been named Best of Reno by Lawyer Reno News and Review. In 1992, she was listed in Who's Who Among Rising Young Americans in Society and Business. She was named Criminal Defense Lawyer of the Year in 2001 by Consumer Business Review. It should be noted that Ms. Hubach also obtained a multitude of accolades while pursuing her law degree at the McGeorge School of Law.

Jenny Hubach has been an active member of her legal community for the great majority of her legal tenure. She has previously served on numerous committees within the State Bar of Nevada, and today is an active member on their Fee Dispute Committee, the Board of Governors, the Mandatory Department of continuing Legal Education Board, and their Public Lawyers Section. Additionally, she acts as the Bar's liaison for their Advertising Review Committee. Attorney Hubach is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, American Trial Lawyers Association, Northern Nevada Woman Lawyers Association, and the Nevada Law Foundation.
