About Sean O'Bryan

A Michigan native, Attorney Sean O'Bryan opened his legal practice in 1991. For over 30 years, he has been providing skillful legal services to the residents of Davison, Michigan and surrounding areas. Mr. O'Bryan represents clients who need legal assistance regarding estate planning and probate law. He is adept at handling issues related to trusts, will preparation, business success planning, asset protection, wealth preservation, guardianship, durable powers of attorney, and health care directives.

Since opening O'Bryan Law Firm, PLC, Mr. O'Bryan has helped over a thousand Michigan families. Mr. O'Bryan also holds an advanced training certificate in the Michigan Bar Association's Probate and Estate Planning program. Additionally, he is admitted to represent cases before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan as well as the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney Sean O'Bryan has dedicated substantial time to his own community as well. He serves as Chairman of the Elba Township Zoning Board of Appeals and holds membership with the Chatfield School Board of Trustees.
