About Ethan Constantin Timmins
In August 2018, Ethan teamed up with Patrick Law to establish the Wills, Trusts, and Estates division of the practice, while also continuing his involvement in family law.
Ethan is a licensed attorney in North Carolina, Florida, and Massachusetts. He earned his law degree in 2008 from Catholic University's Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. During his academic years, he interned at the Superior Court of DC and the Office of Legislative Counsel for the US House of Representatives. Subsequently, he dedicated nine years of his career as an Assistant State's Attorney in Miami Dade County, Florida. Later on, he relocated to North Carolina, where he concentrated on matters related to Wills, Trusts, various Life-Planning documents, and estate probate.
In March 2022, Ethan successfully completed the Parenting Coordinator courses, and he currently serves as an active Parenting Coordinator in Durham and its neighboring counties. Ethan leverages his ten years of experience as a teacher, his work with at-risk youths and their families as an Assistant State Attorney, and his background as a family law attorney to assist parents and guardians in striving for the best interests of their children.
Ethan is a compassionate and dedicated advocate for his clients. He takes genuine interest in delivering the highest level of representation, whether it involves negotiating or litigating family law issues or safeguarding your wishes through estate planning documents.
