About Shaun Malone
Shaun, an alumnus of the University of Alabama and the Birmingham School of Law, embarked on his legal career in 1995, amassing extensive experience by managing a myriad of cases across the state. Renowned as a seasoned courtroom attorney, he's played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile legal matters. Earning the distinction of becoming the youngest Circuit Judge in Alabama in 2004, Shaun held this esteemed position for a noteworthy three-year tenure. His legal knowledge spans various case types, encompassing criminal defense, auto accidents, personal injuries, domestic affairs, and juvenile matters. Notably, in 2022, he received a nomination as a National Elite Lawyer, a testament to his legal prowess. Hailing from Etowah County, Shaun's roots in the community run deep, having been raised there. His academic journey includes graduating from Emma Sansom High School, where he notably contributed to the 1984 undefeated State Championship football team. Alongside his wife, he nurtures a family of three children and their beloved goldendoodle, "Boomer".
