In October 2022, Erica Small took on the role of Senior Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs at Electric Entertainment, leveraging her extensive 10 years of legal knowledge. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing the legal aspects of Electric Entertainment’s productions, managing agreements with various industry stakeholders such as talent, producers, directors, writers, and production service companies, as well as handling legal clearances.

Prior to her tenure at Electric Entertainment, Erica held the position of Associate Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs at Skybound Entertainment, known for iconic titles like The Walking Dead and Invincible. At Skybound, she managed a spectrum of agreements supporting different business units including television, film, video games, editorial, marketing, and merchandise. Erica notably led legal efforts for Skybound's podcasts, notably contributing to the success of Impact Winter, an Audible Original that claimed the top spot on Audible+ and reached #3 on Apple Fiction. Preceding her time at Skybound, Erica served as the Contracts Manager for Marvel Television. Her educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Miami.
