I have practiced law in the State of Nevada for 39 years and in Arizona for 10 years. I have a business degree and understand your business and financial issues. I am a solo practitioner in bankruptcy and small business litigation. I represent business and personal debtors in bankruptcy filings in chapter 7 liquidation or chapter 13 payment plans. I represent individuals and small businesses in chapter 11 reorganizations under the new bankruptcy rules. I also represent parties in contract disputes, identity theft, and landlord/tenant disputes.
