About Timothy L. Le Bas

Timothy Le Bas is an Administrative Law Attorney with ABLE Charter Schools in Stockton, California. He is a graduate of the Lincoln College of Law, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1988. During his 32 years as an attorney, Tim worked 25 years with the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.

He also served 10 years in the positions of Deputy Director and General Counsel. During his public service, Tim administered multi-million dollar programs while supervising dozens of attorneys, accountants, and paraprofessional staff; drafted hundreds of new laws, rules, releases, and opinions to improve and make more effective the programs administered and enforced at the State level

Timothy is a member of the California Lawyers Association.
