Joseph A. Denson, originally from Albany, Georgia, holds licenses to practice law in both federal and state courts of Mississippi and Alabama. He graduated with Honors in Political Science from Tougaloo College in Jackson, Mississippi, and earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. As the principal and founding member of the Law Office of Denson and Associates, PLLC, Attorney Denson also serves as a public defender for the City of Meridian, MS. He is an active member of several legal associations, including the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Lauderdale County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Association of Lauderdale County, Mississippi. Beyond his legal pursuits, Joseph A. Denson is happily married to Bridgette L. Denson from Dothan, Alabama. He is actively involved in the Meridian Holiness Deliverance Church, where he faithfully serves as Assistant Pastor and Minister of Music.
