In 2018, Phil Truitt joined Truitt Law Offices following the completion of his J.D. at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. Despite officially becoming a part of the firm in 2018, Phil's connection with it goes back to his childhood, as his father, Richard, founded the firm over four decades ago. Phil spent a significant portion of his youth at the firm's offices, taking on responsibilities such as client intake during high school and continuing to handle various roles throughout law school.

Currently, Phil balances his legal practice with administrative duties overseeing the firm's three offices in Indiana. This multifaceted role involves client intake, managing the firm's marketing efforts, and handling legal cases. Truitt Law Offices specializes exclusively in personal injury cases, upholding the principles of client service instilled in Phil by his father during his upbringing.

Phil expresses his appreciation for the gratification derived from genuine client service as an attorney.

"I find fulfillment in being able to assist people during moments of uncertainty," he states. "Being a source of support for individuals and alleviating their concerns is a rewarding experience."

In 2015, Phil also earned a B.S. degree in Business Management from Manchester University. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Phil served as a legal intern at the Northern District of Indiana Federal Defenders office and assumed the role of president at the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law Environmental Law Society. Outside the legal realm, Phil is an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and exploring national parks. Additionally, he is passionate about motorcycles and automobiles, further contributing to his diverse range of interests.
