About Mark S. Roman

Mark Roman, an accomplished attorney, holds Board Certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer and practices law throughout the State of Florida. In 1996, he established Roman Austin Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers with a deep-seated commitment to aiding accident victims in rebuilding their lives. A native of Tampa Bay, Mark is particularly passionate about advocating for the injured in his hometown.

Mark's academic journey began at the University of Florida College of Journalism, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1981. Following a stint as a writer, he returned to academia to pursue his Juris Doctor, which he successfully obtained from Florida State University College of Law in 1986.

Mark's formidable work ethic is rooted in his upbringing; born to immigrant parents, he undertook various blue-collar jobs to finance his education. Notably, Mark is among the select few attorneys who have successfully navigated the rigorous examination process to attain Board Certification as an expert in Civil Trial Law—an accolade held by less than 2% of Florida attorneys.

In the realm of personal injury law, Mark has consistently garnered recognition for his outstanding representation.
