Before entering the legal field, Tom embarked on a career path that included third-party recruiting in Cleveland, OH, followed by a stint as an Inbound Supervisor for a trucking company upon his return to Indiana. His professional journey expanded further through a 14-year tenure in corporate HR, serving diverse entities from fledgling startups to multibillion-dollar global corporations. During this time, he amassed a wealth of experience encompassing federal and state employment laws, employee relations, investigations, HR policy implementation, performance management, disciplinary procedures, compliance, and employment-based immigration.
