Randy Moore holds the position of co-chair at Alston & Bird's Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he directs his legal expertise towards mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, corporate finance, and related strategic matters. His primary focus lies within the financial services industry, covering entities such as banks, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and insurance companies. Randy serves a diverse clientele, representing both private and public companies, investment banking firms, and private equity groups across the United States.

As the chair of the firm's Investment Committee since 2011, Randy plays a pivotal role in guiding the committee's decisions. With over 25 years at Alston & Bird, he has held various leadership positions within the firm.
