Felix Valenzuela, a native of El Paso, completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science at The University of Texas at El Paso before gaining admission to Yale Law School. Subsequently, he pursued advanced education at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Master of Arts in Political Science.
