In 2001, Mr. Francisco graduated from Claremont McKenna College, with a B.A., with honors, in Government. Mr. Francisco then went on to attend Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the nationally-ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team and the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law Review. By his graduation in 2004, Mr. Francisco also received special recognition for achieving the highest mark in Negotiations, the highest mark in Public Speaking for Lawyers, and the second highest mark in Mediation.

Mr. Francisco's admissions and certifications, include: All state courts in California; all U.S. District Courts in California; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; SHRM – CP; and SHRM – SCP.
