About Andrew J. Nissen

With a mission to stand up for the rights of those injured, Andrew Nissen established BEAR REPUBLIC LAW, A.P.C., fueled by his passion as an experienced civil litigator concentrating on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death cases, insurance bad faith and medical malpractice amongst many others. His expertise also extends into business disputes resolution and transactional matters alike.

Mr. Nissen kick-started his career in the iconic Silicon Valley and Boston, Massachusetts areas with a B.A from Santa Clara University as well as a J.D from New England Law in Boston. Not only is he an esteemed contributing editor of California Practice Guide, but also co-authored its widely acclaimed companion—California Causes of Action by Stanton Mathews—published under James Publishing's nameplate. Additionally, Mr Nissen has affiliations to some prestigious trial organizations like American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers and Orange County Bar Association.
