About Robert M. Draskovich

Attorney Draskovich achieved the prestigious Juris Doctor, with honors, in 1997 from Brigham Young University Law School. He was a part of their esteemed board of advocates and served during 1995-1997. Also acknowledged for his noteworthy contributions to the BYU Law review over 1996-97 school year; he is admitted to practice law in Nevada as well as its district court along with 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

After graduating law school, Mr. Draskovich rapidly established himself as a passionate defender of his clients in tough cases and was successful where other attorneys had failed to assist people. He has defended an array of customers ranging from Hell’s Angels members, the Vice President of Smith & Wesson, and even a six-time Olympic Gold Medalist! Because many of these trials have been unique in nature they have attained extensive media attention.

Mr. Draskovich's tireless efforts in and out of the courtroom have earned him countless commendations from his peers, making him recognized as one of Nevada’s premier attorneys.
