Jared Smith has refined his legal expertise over a span of more than 15 years, specializing in the representation of builders, developers, and consumers across all facets of real property development and transactions. In addition to his real estate focus, he extends his legal services to family matters, encompassing child custody, child support, and adoptions. Serving as a Guardian ad Litem, he passionately advocates for children's rights. Jared also shares his knowledge by conducting classes on various legal topics for real estate agents, builders, and developers.

Currently holding an active attorney license in South Carolina, Jared is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court and Appellate Court of South Carolina, the U.S. Military Court, and the 4th District Federal Court. With a military background, Jared dedicated over 14 years to the United States Army Reserve, attaining the rank of Captain and fulfilling the role of a Judge Advocate General in the Army’s Legal Command. Recognized for his service, he has received several military decorations, including the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Achievement Medal. Having deployed on multiple overseas missions, Jared remains committed to representing veterans, soldiers, and airmen in diverse legal matters.

Jared's educational journey includes graduating from The United States Army Judge Advocate Legal School in Charlottesville, Virginia, the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina, and The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Outside of his professional pursuits, Jared is a family man, married to Anna, with three children. He finds joy in activities such as college football, hunting, fishing, and camping.
