Dan Stanford, the founder of Stanford And Associates, boasts over 40 years of extensive experience in jury trials. Dan was among the initial California Certified Specialists in legal malpractice law and previously served as a Commissioner on the CA State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Dan's career began on the defense side, where he spent the first 16 years, initially as a Partner at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, and later as a Partner at Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. He earned his law degree from the USC Law Center in 1975 and served as the law clerk to the Hon. Malcolm M. Lucas, the Former Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court, for two years post-graduation.
