Anastasia White is the co-founder and a prominent attorney at the Immigration Law Offices of Anastasia White, P.A., located in Florida. Her firm is adept at handling a diverse array of immigration cases, including EB-5 investor Green cards, various investor visas, Green cards and visas for multinational executives and managers, individuals with exceptional abilities, employment-based visas, family-based petitions, naturalization applications, among other immigration services.

With over eight years dedicated solely to immigration law, Ms. White has amassed a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of immigration petitions and applications. Her career highlights include assisting foreign investors and entrepreneurs from a wide range of countries such as Brazil, Canada, China, Great Britain, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, and the UAE in establishing their businesses in the U.S. and securing the necessary visas and Green cards.

Ms. White has been an active participant in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), serving as the Chair of its Business and Investment Committee in South Florida for two years. Holding dual qualifications, Ms. White is authorized to practice law in both Russia and the United States, holding licenses in Florida. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Jurisprudence degrees in International and Comparative Law, and International and Foreign Law respectively, from Siberian Federal University. Additionally, she graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Though licensed in Florida, Ms. White can represent clients across all states due to the federal jurisdiction over immigration law.
