Like you, I'm a dreamer, an innovator, and a business enthusiast with a deep appreciation for creativity. Yet, I also recognize the critical need to safeguard your intellectual and creative assets. That's where my experience comes into play. I'm here to assist entrepreneurs and creative minds in laying down a solid legal groundwork to support and elevate their visions and dreams. A bit about my background: I am an alumna of the distinguished Women's College at Brenau University, where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Arts Management. My passion for law then led me to Florida A&M University College of Law, where my studies ranged from Environmental Law to International Business Law. In 2011, I proudly obtained my Juris Doctorate and subsequently passed the Florida Bar Exam that same year.

My journey continued with a pursuit of a Master of Laws in Business Transactions at the University of Alabama School of Law, focusing on Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Tax Law, culminating in an LL.M. degree in 2016. Today, I hold licenses to practice in Georgia—including the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Tax Court—as well as Florida, and I navigate the challenges and rewards of being a small business owner myself.

Before establishing my own firm, my career spanned roles in private law practices serving major corporate clients across various legal disciplines, and in the General Counsel's Office of a state government entity. I've successfully managed non-jury trials, negotiations, mediations, and motion hearings, offering a wealth of experience that is particularly beneficial to small businesses and enterprising women.
