Mr. Olsinski embarked on his legal education with a singular goal: to become a criminal defense attorney. After earning his degree and relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, he engaged with local attorneys and decided to establish his own firm in January 2010. Since then, he has expanded his practice, successfully representing clients in a spectrum of cases, from B1 Felony First Degree Sex Offenses to Misdemeanor marijuana offenses. His accolades include being recognized as a Top 40 under 40 Attorney in North Carolina by both the National Trial Lawyers and the American Society of Legal Advocates, reflecting his commitment to criminal defense, particularly in serious and felony charges.

Mr. Olsinski's academic journey began at Indiana University-Bloomington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and History, followed by his attendance at Hofstra University School of Law, where he graduated in the top half of his class. His legal education was rigorously tailored towards criminal defense, culminating in an intensive seminar on trial advocacy techniques. Outside the courtroom, Mr. Olsinski is a family man, married with a 2-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old dog. He cherishes family time, enjoys watching and participating in sports, reflecting a well-rounded personal life that balances his professional dedication.
