About Chris Shelburn

Christopher W. Shelburn is a distinguished attorney, actively practicing with a current license from the State Bar of North Carolina. Raised in the charming town of Aiken, South Carolina, Christopher is an alumnus of Aiken High School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a degree in Biology. His passion for the great outdoors led him to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he indulged in fly fishing and snowboarding while exploring various professions. In 2005, Christopher returned to the east coast to embark on a legal education at the University of South Carolina School of Law. There, he delved into environmental law, intellectual property, and real estate, ultimately discovering a fervent interest in trial practice. Post-graduation, he was drawn back to North Carolina, where he established the Law Offices of Christopher W. Shelburn in 2009.

The Olsinski Law Firm PLLC, primarily serving Mecklenburg County and adjacent regions, has seen Attorney Shelburn litigate in District and Superior Courts across North Carolina. He has also represented clients in the North Carolina Appellate Courts, notably succeeding in reversing an unfavorable Superior Court decision in 2011.
