About Diane Haag
Diane boasts over six years of practice in small business and nonprofit law, complemented by a rich background in corporate settings, including roles at Fortune 500 companies. Her corporate repertoire spans a range of areas such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, Employment, Litigation, Compliance, and Distribution. With more than a decade of experience, Diane has a proven track record of assisting contracts and companies to achieve their objectives efficiently.
Her legal experience is not limited to corporate law; Diane has also delved into criminal, family, and estate planning law. She served as a public defender for two years and dedicated another four years to practicing family and estate law. Diane continues to engage in landlord/tenant law and is committed to pro bono work, particularly in aiding survivors of domestic violence, a cause she is deeply passionate about.
Diane's educational journey includes earning her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky, where she contributed as a student clinician at the Chase Small Business and Nonprofit Clinic and assisted faculty in developing Employment Law Continuing Legal Education materials. Prior to her legal education, she obtained her B.A. from Bellarmine University, after initially studying at Boston University’s School of Management. Alongside her legal practice, Diane operates Haag Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm.
