About J.C. Jensen
Before joining Nelson Jones in August 2016, J.C. had robust careers as both a Paramedic and Law Enforcement Officer. In addition to his primary focus on the practice of law, J.C. continues to serve as a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Utah certified Paramedic, and Nevada Licensed Flight Paramedic. He also maintains his certification as a Utah Law Enforcement Officer, with experience as a Deputy Sheriff/Paramedic, SWAT Operator, Breacher, Scout, and Sniper. Currently, he serves as a Patrol Officer and Adjunct Instructor.
J.C.'s background brings a deep understanding of the law enforcement community to his role at Nelson Jones, fostering strong relationships with officers and their administrations across the state. His firsthand experience with the complexities of divorce enriches his representation of law enforcement personnel in both administrative and criminal matters, as well as handling family law-related issues.
