About Keith Lively
Keith Lively, a native of Hinton, returned to the area nearly a decade ago after practicing law across the country. Lively began his academic journey at West Virginia University, followed by law school at Columbia University, where he excelled on the LSAT. Since moving back to Hinton in 2016, Lively has been active in community service, notably saving a local nursing home and contributing to affordable housing initiatives. “We saved the nursing home. We built some independent living which helps with affordable housing and revitalizing a rundown neighborhood. It happens to be the neighborhood I grew up in. It’s the first new construction in 40 years," he explains.
