Principal Attorney Whitney Taylor genuinely believes that the more you know about your options, the more empowered you will feel when making a decision. Her personal and professional experience has shown her that no two families are alike, and the complexity of each case deserves a personal, thorough, and realistic approach tailored to each individual family.

She is a first-generation attorney who grew up in a small town in Stokes County, North Carolina. Although her parents are divorced, they worked together to instill in her a strong work ethic, which earned her a scholarship to attend George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where she was a pitcher for the NCAA Patriots' softball team. She graduated from George Mason with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Administration of Justice, concentrating in Law and Society, and earned her national paralegal certification from the National Federation of Paralegals Association. Before becoming a licensed attorney, she worked as a paralegal for five years, focusing on family and domestic law issues, primarily in Mecklenburg County. She was licensed by the North Carolina State Bar in March 2017 and began her practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Her goal is to provide effective support through every step of your case, allowing greater access to honest, practical, and personal representation. Her practice philosophy is to build a purpose-driven career centered on her faith in God and exemplified by her service to your family.
