About Maxwell C. Agha

Maxwell C. Agha is the founder of Banker’s Hill Law Firm, A.P.C. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he excelled in moot court competitions and contributed to the school’s newspaper.

Maxwell's legal career began with a judicial clerkship at the California Superior Court, where he gained valuable experience in legal research and writing. He then worked at a civil litigation firm focusing on personal injury cases before joining the U.S. Department of Justice, where he handled a range of civil and federal criminal matters in the Southern District of California.

Throughout his career, Maxwell has been committed to advocating for victims of personal and work-related injuries, achieving millions in settlements and verdicts across California’s courts. He also completed training at the Lanier Trial Academy under the guidance of renowned trial lawyer Mark Lanier.

Active in the San Diego legal community, Maxwell volunteers as an arbitrator for the San Diego County Bar Association and is a recognized voice on various media platforms. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys reading, soccer, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Maui.
