About Michael Fischetti

Raised in a small town in western New York, Michael attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. During his time at Plattsburgh, he demonstrated both academic and leadership excellence, founding a local chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma and earning membership in several prestigious honor societies. His involvement extended to roles as a Resident Assistant and one of the university's Student Ambassadors. After graduating, Michael moved to South Florida to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law.

While in law school, Michael was selected to join the trial team for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and later served on its Executive Board. He gained valuable courtroom experience as a Judicial Clerk and through Florida’s Certified Legal Intern program, where he worked with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office. After passing the Florida Bar, Michael handled over 30 trials with the Public Defender’s Office before transitioning into civil litigation, focusing on Personal Injury and Personal Injury Protection (PIP). He eventually became a partner at a law firm and later founded The Fischetti Law Group, where he continues to advocate for clients seeking compensation for personal injuries, property damage, and unpaid medical bills.
