Dianna L. Albini brings over three decades of experience in law, having served both as a senior trial attorney and a retired California Administrative Law Judge. Her career includes handling significant legal cases for various federal and state agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Education and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. In her role as an Administrative Law Judge, she oversaw hearings and issued written decisions on complex legal issues, with all her rulings upheld on appeal.

Dianna is known for her ability to achieve successful resolutions, maintaining a 99% settlement rate in cases before trial through mediation and settlement conferences. Prior to her judicial role, she led her own practice, where she focused on civil litigation and personal injury cases, securing over $50 million in favorable outcomes for her clients.

She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Sports Administration from the University of San Francisco. Licensed in California, she also holds certifications from multiple courts, including the Supreme Court of Florida. Throughout her career, Dianna has received recognition for her contributions to the legal field, including accolades from the Consumer Attorneys of California and Lawyers of Distinction.
