Gene Rosen is an attorney who is dedicated to helping clients manage a variety of legal matters. As the founder and Managing Partner of his law firm, Gene handles a broad range of cases, from transactional work to complex litigation. Gene has significant litigation experience and has represented clients in courts at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as in arbitration tribunals throughout the country. He has secured key legal victories that have had a lasting impact. One such case, Gecker v. LG Funding, LLC (In re Hill), resulted in a ruling that discourages lawsuits against Merchant Cash Advance companies in bankruptcy court. Another, Schiffer v. Slomin’s, Inc., set a legal precedent that protects alarm and security companies from class action lawsuits.

In addition to his litigation work, Gene is proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts. He has prepared contracts for clients across various industries, including Merchant Cash Advance companies, alarm and security businesses, brokers, construction companies, medical practices, and other small enterprises. His work has earned him recognition and multiple awards, including being selected for the New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2014 to 2020. He has also received a 10 out of 10 rating from Avvo and has been named a Lifetime Charter Member of Best Attorneys of America, as well as receiving Premier 100 Membership in the National Academy of Jurisprudence.

Gene currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Jewish Lawyers Association of Nassau County, having previously held the roles of President, Vice President, and Treasurer. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
