About Katie Montgomery
Katie has been part of the team at Montgomery Law Office since 2013, working alongside her father. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2019, and became licensed to practice law in Ohio in 2020.
During her time in law school, Katie was active in several leadership roles, including serving as President of the Chase Evening Division Association and as a Chase Ambassador. She also contributed to the Law Review and earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for her academic achievements.
Katie focuses her practice on Family Law, Juvenile Law, and Criminal Law. Since 2020, she has taken on over 280 cases as a Guardian Ad Litem in Clermont County Juvenile Court. She also gained valuable experience representing clients in the Common Pleas Court while working with the Clermont County Public Defender’s Office.
