Ameer Benno is a dedicated trial and appellate attorney who passionately advocates for individuals harmed by others' wrongdoing and stands up for those impacted by governmental abuses. With a background as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan, where he served under Robert Morgenthau, Ameer gained valuable experience in both trial and appellate divisions. He later worked at top civil litigation firms, representing plaintiffs in personal injury and civil rights cases in both state and federal courts.

Admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, Ameer also shares his knowledge as a former adjunct professor at New York Law School and Touro Law School. He frequently provides legal analysis for national media and has received numerous accolades, such as being named a New York Super Lawyer annually since 2012 and being recognized by the National Trial Lawyers’ "Top 100" list. Ameer holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University and Cornell Law School, and resides in Bellmore, New York with his wife and three daughters.
