About Hao Li

Attorney Hao "Howard" Li is a seasoned legal professional practicing financial and real estate investments, immigration law, and tax advisory. He graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law and received an MBA from Tulane University's Freeman Business School. Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and a global perspective to his practice, having worked in Beijing, Singapore, and the United States. He holds prestigious qualifications including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Howard is also an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS and is admitted to all Florida state courts, the U.S. Tax Court, and multiple U.S. District Courts in Florida.

In addition to his extensive legal practice, Howard is deeply involved in professional associations. He serves as Co-Chair of the ABA GPSolo Division Business Law Committee and Vice-Chair of the Real Estate Committee for 2024-2025, and is also a member of The Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee.
